Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Monitor and improve cash flow, working capital, and cost control Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements Oversee tax, audit, and financial risk management processes Lead and mentor a small finance team Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain
Experience and Skills Required:
BCom Accounting Degree (minimum) or newly qualified CA(SA) Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Proficiency with financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, and Excel) Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and efficiency
