Lead and manage budgeting and forecasting processes Deliver insightful financial analysis to support business strategy Develop and maintain financial models for performance tracking and planning Drive financial and commercial strategic decision-making Support operational teams with cost optimisation and business cases Report directly to senior leadership with actionable financial insights
Experience and Skills Required:
BCom / BCom Hons / CA(SA) or nearly qualified 5+ years experience in finance (preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors) Strong financial modelling and analytical skills Business-partnering mindset with the ability to influence at senior levels Excellent Excel and ERP system proficiency
