The successful candidate will assist the finance team by maintaining precise financial records, handling reconciliations and transactions, and supporting financial reporting across multiple entities.Key Responsibilities:
Daily bookkeeping and transaction processing Petty cash management and reconciliations Depreciation and maintenance of the fixed asset register General ledger and trial balance preparation Accounts receivable management (invoices, credit notes, statements) VAT calculations and submissions Support for month-end and year-end close procedures Requirements:
Proficiency in Pastel and/or QuickBooks Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Proven experience in a similar bookkeeping or financial administration role Familiarity with payroll processes; SAGE VIP Payroll experience advantageous Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a deadline-driven environment High attention to detail and accuracy Proactive and able to work independently when required Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Collaborative mindset; comfortable working within a structured finance team Reliable, organised, and professional
