We are expanding our sales team and are looking for 3 highly motivated Sales Consultants to join us.
Role Overview
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for cold calling businesses to introduce our AI chatbot solutions and book qualified demo meetings for senior management.
Your primary focus will be:
· Prospecting new business: Making 60–80 calls per day
· Cold calling decision-makers
· Generating and qualifying leads
· Scheduling high-quality demo appointments
This is an opportunity for driven individuals who are confident on the phone and hungry to earn commission.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses
· Identify key decision-makers and present a compelling value proposition
· Overcome objections professionally
· Qualify leads and schedule demo meetings
· Maintain accurate CRM records
· Achieve weekly and monthly appointment targets
Minimum Requirements
· Minimum 1 year sales experience (telephonic sales preferred)
· Qualification: Matric/ Grade 12
· Strong telephone etiquette and professional communication skills
· Computer literate including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Emails and basic internet search
· Confident, Self-Motivated, resilient and able to handle rejection in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong command of English (verbal and written)
· Self-disciplined and target-driven

· Attractive Recurring Commission Structure (earn monthly on closed deals)
