Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with IFRS
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Manage invoicing and perform reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable
- Cash flow reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Prepare and submit VAT, PAYE and other statutory returns
- Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors
- Ensure effective internal controls and risk management procedures
- Monitor intercompany transactions and ensure accurate reporting
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
- Assist with costings for proposals
- Provide general office administration support
- Maintain neat and accurate electronic filing systems
Minimum Requirements:
- BCom Degree in Accounting or related field
- Completed SAIPA articles
- 25 years commercial experience
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS
