Maleiba Marketing is a brand new marketing agency on a mission to shake up the digital space. Since we're the new kids on the block, we aren't bogged down by the way things have always been done.
We are agile, hungry, and looking for a social media coordinator who is ready to learn the ropes and grow alongside us.
The Role:
If you spend more time on TikTok than you'd like to admit and have a knack for explaining memes to your parents, you're already halfway there. We aren't looking for a decade of experience (no experience needed); we're looking for potential, curiosity and a killer work ethic.
What you'll learn to do:
Content Creation: help us brainstorm, film and edit short form videos (reels/tiktoks) and design simple graphics using tools like Canva.
Community Management: Be the voice of our clients. You'll respond to comments, engage with fans and keep the conversation going.
Scheduling: Learn how to use professional management tools to plan out "The Feed" weeks in advance.
Trend Research: Spend time "in the wild" (scrolling) to identify sounds, formats and topics our clients can jump on before they go stale.
What we're looking for:
Digital Natives: You understand the "Vibe" of different platforms (TokTok vs LinkedIn)
Storytelling: You know to tell a story in a caption or a 15-Second clip.
Reliability: Since we're a new company, we need someone who shows up, hits deadlines, and takes ownership.
Adaptability: You're okay with a "Startup environment" where things change quickly.
