Key Responsibilities: - Perform fibre splicing, termination, and testing using OTDRs, power meters, and related tools.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
3+ years experience in fibre optic splicing, installation, and testing. Technical certifications (FOA and CFOT) preferred. High School Diploma required. Proficient with OTDRs, power meters, and fusion splicers. Strong knowledge of fibre standards, specs, and best practices. Experience with underground and aerial installation techniques. Able to work at heights, outdoors, in confined spaces, and lift heavy equipment. Valid drivers licence, reliable transport, flexible availability, and strong problemâ??solving skills.
