We are seeking a highly skilled Project Specialist to oversee the successful delivery of multiple automation projects simultaneously. The role focuses on ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard, while managing teams, resources, and client expectations. The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment. Requirements:- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in industrial automation, preferably in automotive projects
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project coordination, engineering, or management
- Strong knowledge of PLC (Siemens, Beckhoff, Allen Bradley/Rockwell), SCADA, HMI, and robotics (Fanuc, Kuka, Yaskawa) systems
- Ability to interpret automation designs, documentation, and industrial control integration
- Exposure to commissioning and site-based project execution
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and teams
- Willingness to travel and support site activities as required
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
