Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Processing
Capture and process sales invoices accurately and timeously Maintain and reconcile cashbooks Process and reconcile supplier accounts Maintain accurate general ledger accounts Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded in Xero
Reconciliations & Controls
Perform monthly bank reconciliations Reconcile debtor and creditor accounts Maintain accurate supporting documentation Assist in maintaining financial controls and procedures
Reporting & Financial Management
Prepare monthly management reports for all four entities Prepare monthly cash flow projections Assist management with financial insights and reporting requirements Liaise with external accountants and auditors where required
Administration & Compliance
Maintain and manage company insurance policies Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements Assist with year-end financial preparation
Requirements
Relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualification Proven experience in a bookkeeping role (preferably 35 years) Experience managing accounts for multiple entities Proficiency in Xero accounting software (essential) Strong reconciliation and reporting experience
