This position involves gaining comprehensive exposure to full manufacturing processes, supporting continuous improvement of systems, and contributing to operational efficiency and innovation within the production environment.The ideal candidate will be a fully graduated Industrial or Process Engineer (relevant experience will be advantageous) with strong critical thinking, analytical, conceptual, and numerical abilities. You should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, ambition, a proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving capability. Willingness to perform hands-on work, and the ability to travel within South Africa when required are essential.
