Based at a large-scale manufacturing site in Johannesburg East, you will be embedded within operations while driving financial control and strategic performance.
What You Will Own
Full P&L responsibility for the manufacturing site Monthly reporting, forecasting, and annual budgeting Inventory valuation, WIP management, and cost control Standard costing and detailed variance analysis Manufacturing KPI tracking (cost per unit, yield, waste, efficiencies) BI reporting and performance analytics (Power BI / SAP / ERP systems) CAPEX oversight and fixed asset management Working capital optimisation and inventory improvements Finance business partnering with Plant and Technical leadership Leadership and development of the site finance team IFRS compliance, audit readiness, and strong internal control oversight
What You Bring
CA(SA) or relevant finance qualification 58 years experience within the FMCG alcohol/beverage sector (essential) 35 years operational plant-level finance experience Strong cost accounting and standard costing expertise ERP systems proficiency (SAP / Syspro / Oracle / Dynamics essential) Commercial acumen with strong analytical capability Confidence in fast-paced, production-driven environments Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partner with operations
