How you'll role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and innovation of technical infrastructure. Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing both cloud and on-premises solutions, you will ensure systems are secure, scalable, and robust. This role requires strategic leadership to mentor the DevOps team and foster a collaborative environment, while also maintaining a hands-on approach to optimizing development workflows and ensuring the reliability of infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor the DevOps team to foster a collaborative and innovative environment
- Design and maintain scalable, secure cloud and on-premises infrastructure
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and secure deployments
- Manage AWS environments, focusing on cost optimization and monitoring
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Ensure system observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business goals
- Drive automation of routine tasks to enhance efficiency
- Implement security best practices and disaster recovery strategies
Requirements:

- Python: 5 to 6 years
- Devops: 5 to 6 years
- Restful Api: 5 to 6 years
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
- Proven experience delivering across all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced skills with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and Python
- Experience with RESTful API development
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP and on-premises solutions like VMware or OpenStack
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipelines
- Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
- Proven experience delivering across all phases of the software development lifecycle
