ROLE OVERVIEW:
1. DEVELOP AND SECURE TRAINING PARTNERSHIPS WITHIN THE MINING ,BUSINESS AND INDUSTRIAL SECTOR.
2. ENGAGE WITH PROCUREMENT , HR AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT POSITION. BCC AS A WORKPLACE UPSKILLING PARTNER .
3. IDENTIFY LEARNERSHIP AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES..
4. MANAGE PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS AND LONGS SALES CYCLES. BUILD EXECUTIVE LEVEL RELATIONSHIPS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CORPORATE SECTOR SALES. UNDERSTANDING OF SDL ,LEARNER SHIPS AND BBEEE ADVANTAGEOUS. EXPERIENCE ENGAGING WITH PROCUREMENT AND TENDER PROCESSED.STRONG NEGOTIATION AND PRESENTATION SKILLS ,EXISTING NETWORK IN MINING/INDUSTRIAL SECTOR ADVANTAGEOUS
REMUNERATION STRUCTURE:
BASE SALARY :R8000 - R10000 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
COMMISSION: 8-10% ON CLOSED CONTRACTS .PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES FOR LARGE CONTRACTS SECURED.
