Description:
“If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together”
At VKB Group, our Payroll department keeps the magic alive. We turn timesheets into accurate paychecks, overtime rules into well-oiled processes, and clocking chaos into calm order.
We’re looking for someone who is humble enough to listen, hungry enough to improve every day, smart enough to solve problems, bold enough to take initiative, and a team player who knows that we win together, with a hint of abattoir savvy!
Do you love numbers almost as much as you love people? Are you the type who gets a tiny spark of joy when everything balances to the cent? Then sharpen your pencils (or, you know, open your spreadsheet) — we want you on our team!
Your Magic:
- Humble – You know it’s not about the spotlight; it’s about serving divisions and getting payroll right for every employee.
- Hungry – You chase down errors, perfect processes, and always look for ways to make the system better.
- Smart – You wield your BCEA knowledge, Excel formulas, and PRP Solutions skills like a payroll wand.
- Bold – You take initiative when devices malfunction, shifts need setting up, or new sites come online.
- Team Player – You know unicorns are rare, but in our herd, collaboration is everything.
