How you'll role
As a B2B Lead Generator, you'll intelligently identify decision-makers (CFOs, Financial Managers, Tax Leads), start meaningful conversations, and book qualified meetings for VAT specialists who close the deal. You’ll operate fully remote, managing your own time, and earning directly in line with your performance. The more qualified opportunities you generate, the more you earn. No caps. No ceiling.
What you'll do
- Identify and research target B2B prospects (mid-size to large businesses)
- Prospect via LinkedIn, email, calls, and other outbound channels
- Engage CFOs, Financial Directors, Tax Managers, and business owners
- Qualify leads based on company size, VAT exposure, and potential complexity
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for senior VAT consultants
- Maintain CRM accuracy and track outreach performance
- Refine messaging and targeting based on conversion data
- Collaborate with consultants to improve lead quality and close ratios
Requirements:

- 2+ years’ experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting
- Experience selling into finance, tax, legal, or professional services (highly advantageous)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence speaking with C-level and senior financial stakeholders
- Self-discipline to thrive in a fully remote, autonomous environment
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar)
- Commercial mindset and strong objection-handling skills
