Overview:A legal practice is seeking a professional and well-presented Junior Front Line Administrator to manage reception and front-office duties. This role is suited to an individual who is calm under pressure, organised, and able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment without taking matters personally. Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Client Liaison
  • Answer and screen incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely relay to relevant staff
  • Meet and greet clients courteously and professionally
  • Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area
FICA Administration & Compliance
  • Collect, collate and verify FICA documentation
  • Ensure accurate storage and filing (physical and/or electronic) of FICA records
  • Maintain compliance with FICA requirements and internal procedures
  • Assist with follow-ups on outstanding documentation
General Office Support
  • Provide ad hoc administrative assistance to attorneys and support staff
  • Assist with scanning, filing, data capturing and document preparation
  • Support general office coordination as required

Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Previous reception or administrative experience (legal environment advantageous)
  • Basic understanding of FICA documentation and compliance (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Residing in or near Milnerton
