Risk ResQ is a growing financial services company committed to providing tailored risk and financial solutions to individuals and businesses. We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence and drive brand growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Create engaging content (graphics, captions, newsletters, campaigns) Manage and maintain the company website (updates, content uploads, optimisation) Monitor website performance and implement SEO best practices Run and optimise paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Analyse campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms Assist with lead generation and client engagement strategies MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field 24 years experience in digital marketing Proven experience managing and maintaining websites (WordPress or similar CMS) Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics Experience running paid digital advertising campaigns Strong content creation and copywriting skills Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools COMPETENCIES Creative thinker with strong attention to detail Analytical and data-driven Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Understanding of financial services industry is an advantage HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates should send their CV and portfolio (if available) to: lali@riskresq.co.za
