Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning support and providing full administrative support to Wealth Managers Maintain up-to-date and compliant client records Coordinate account openings, investment transactions, and policy reviews Handle scheduling, diary management, and travel arrangements Respond timeously to client and internal queries Apply regulatory knowledge (FICA/FAIS) in all operations Assist with switches, top-ups, and preparation for client reviews Requirements:
BCom (Finance / Business Finance / Investments / Financial Planning / Financial Sciences or Investment Management or BCom (Economics) or relevant BSc Degree CFP and/or Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning 2+ years relevant work experience as a Paraplanner Strong working knowledge of FICA and FSCA regulatory compliance Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel High attention to detail with a methodical work ethic Able to work independently and as part of a team Clear communicator with a client-first mindset
