Description:
ROLE PURPOSEThe Cloud Solution Architect harmonizes technical expertise with the company’s strategic vision and overall product strategy. They are responsible for maintaining the technical integrity and execution of the product roadmap, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features on time aligned to company strategy and priority.
ROLE REQUIREMENT
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to provide clear technical guidance and ensure the feasibility of product features.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand technical challenges and ensure that solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Establish a strong relationship with the Sales and Business Development teams
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal stakeholders.
- Regularly update stakeholders on the status of development, including risks, delays, or changes to the roadmap
- Lead the development process, working closely with developers, QA, and designers to ensure timely and quality releases.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to guide the development process and unblock issues.
- Ensure the final product meets quality and performance standards
- Oversee product releases, including setting timelines, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and ensuring smooth rollouts.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product features post-launch.
- Continuously gather feedback from users and other stakeholders to inform future product improvements
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
- Use customer feedback and market analysis to inform the product roadmap and prioritize new features.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Matric
- Experience in Cloud solutions and products are key.
- 7+ years’ experience in solution architecture, including solution analysis, development and architecture
- Experience in running MCI workshops
- Understanding of Microsoft licencing, specifically CSP
- SharePoint and Power BI experience
- Experience with Public Cloud Hyperscalers and solutions
- Product build experience
