Minimum Requirements:
HR Diploma or Degree (Non-negotiable) Extensive mining industry experience Strong knowledge of labour control processes and procedures Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills Strong administrative and reporting capabilities Key Responsibilities: Labour & Workforce Management
Manage staff and labour movements Check labour plans, recruitment requests and monitor recruitment progress Report labour shortages and operational challenges Ensure PRC and manning boards are updated Obtain required authorisations from shafts Sign off shift runs HR Administration & Payroll ControlSubmit daily labour reports Monitor and control clocking systems Record and manage pay queries Check and submit pay corrections Ensure proper leave planning and compile leave schedules Ensure compliance with leave management procedures Employee Relations & Compliance
Arrange and manage disciplinary hearings Liaise with all labour control stakeholders Attend planning and scheduled meetings Compile management reports as required Monitor implementation of standardised processes and procedures Train and coach clerks on processes and procedures
