This position is ideal for an analytically strong, commercially minded individual who enjoys solving complex problems and working closely with business stakeholders to embed insights into operational processes. The successful candidate will also play a key role in guiding junior analysts and elevating analytical capability across the team.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate, and operationalise predictive models for defaults, collections, profitability, and forecasting
- Translate business strategy into practical data-driven solutions with measurable impact
- Deliver and present customer analytics, including segmentation, behavioural insights, profitability, and telematics analysis
- Work closely with business stakeholders to embed insights into daily operations
- Drive creative problem-solving using data to shape recommendations and influence decisions
- Transform fragmented data sources into clear, actionable business insights
- Mentor junior analysts and lead end-to-end delivery of insight initiatives Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or related quantitative field Experience:
- 58+ years in analytics, insights, or data science roles
