Hotel Front desk receptionist Responsibilities and duties: Guest Services: Welcoming guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, managing special requests. Reservations: Processing bookings, updating guests accounts, managing Room assignments Administration: Managing phone lines, emails, and administrative tasks. Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Make out invoices after you processed payments. Perform daily cash-ups and reconcile discrepancies. Problem Resolution: Addressing guests complaints professionally and efficiently Information Hub: Providing details about hotel amenities and local attractions. Coordination: With other hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest check-in/check -out process Maintain a clean and organized front desk areaCandidate Requirements: * 1-2 Years Hotel Receptionist experience * Strong Computer literacy skills in terms of MS Office, PMS (Property Management Systems - Reservations program), and Hotel online portals * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. * Candidate must live around Randburg area or near Ferndale * Must have own reliable transport * Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently * Presentable and well spoken
