Requirements:
Proven experience as an Enrolled Nurse SANC registered Clear criminal record Contactable references
Key Results Areas (Include but are not limited to):
Manage and maintain all assessment data in appropriate software applications. Provide appropriate timely interventions and quality care Medication management Direct caregivers accordingly General administration
Competencies:
Must be computer literate on Basic MS Word & Excel) Sound judgement and initiative Practical experience of wound care, stoma care, catheter care, medical administration, etc. Recognize and co-ordinate the functions of healthcare Draw up care plans and their interpretation Presentable with excellent communication skills Establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships Motivate subordinates to work as a team and create trust
