We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Joiner with some hands-on experience in carpentry and woodwork to join our growing team in Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the joinery and woodworking industry.
The successful candidate will assist in the manufacturing, assembly, and installation of high-quality wooden products including cabinetry, doors, built-in cupboards, furniture, and custom woodwork.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the cutting, shaping, and assembly of wood components
Operate basic woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Read and interpret basic technical drawings and measurements
Sand, finish, and prepare wood surfaces for installation
Support senior joiners on-site during installations
Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Minimum Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in carpentry, joinery, or woodwork (workshop or site-based)
Basic understanding of woodworking tools and machinery
Ability to read measuring tape and follow instructions accurately
Good attention to detail and workmanship
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
Reliable transport (advantageous)
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
