Description:
Our client is seeking a Technical Lead for a hybrid role based in Durban.
Key Requirements
· Qualification: National Diploma or BSc in Computer Science / Information Systems (or equivalent).
· Experience: 6+ years in software development with leadership and architectural impact.
· Deep expertise in React and .NET Core.
· Strong cloud experience (Azure); container orchestration (Kubernetes) advantageous.
· Hands-on with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), and observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/App Insights).
· Experience with messaging/eventing (Kafka/RabbitMQ), API gateways, and distributed systems.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Developer, Azure Architect) advantageous.
· Proven ability to mentor developers, define architecture, and drive technical decisions.
· Excellent stakeholder communication and strategic thinking.
