Key Responsibilities:
• Use abrasive blasting to clean mould parts.
• Maintain cleanliness and check surface quality.
• Perform non-abrasive precision cleaning of mould surfaces.
• Set up and operate dry ice blasting machine safely.
• Prevent moisture retention and report abnormalities.
• Remove and replace inner bladders in moulds.
• Inspect and prepare bladders and mould surfaces.
• Ensure correct fitment and record changes.
• Follow safety and PPE requirements.
• Keep work area clean and support team operations.
• Participate in training and task rotation for multi-skilling.
Requirements:
- Mechanical And Technical Aptiude: 2 to 3 years
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment advantageous.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or technical aptitude.
• Physically fit and able to work in high-temperature conditions.
• Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Must have strong writing and communication skills.
