Description:
A leading property development company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager Assistant with strong experience in property sales support, sales administration, and marketing coordination to join their team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Regional Sales Manager and sales team, ensuring that all sales documentation, marketing materials, and site presentations are managed accurately and timeously. This is a permanent position with an immediate start available.
Responsibilities:

Review sale agreements against internal systems in preparation for signing by the Regional Sales Manager

Compile, check, and review site plans, floor plans, parking layouts, specification sheets, and incentive forms
-
Coordinate updates and changes to all sales documentation
-
Ensure developments and show units are neat, tidy, and ready for show days
-
Assist sales agents with administrative and operational requirements
-
Provide stand-in relief for agents when required
-
Conduct weekly site visits, reporting, and assist with additional reporting requirements
-
Support the Regional Sales Manager with day-to-day tasks
-
Process invoices, claims, and credit card slips
-
Collect and verify building documentation
-
Monitor and update sales platforms, website, and internal systems
-
Liaise with agents regarding marketing material requirements
-
Order marketing and promotional materials
-
Ensure accurate and compliant sales documentation
-
Maintain up-to-date sales platforms and information
-
Support marketing and launch activities
Requirements:

Sales and/or Marketing Degree or Diploma
-
2–3 years’ working experience
-
Experience in property sector sales
-
Strong administrative skills
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
-
Strong time management and planning skills
-
High attention to detail
-
Reliable and deadline-driven
-
Ability to build strong working relationships

Own reliable vehicle
