Minimum Requirements
- Matric with strong marks in Mathematics and English
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Own reliable transport
Key Experience & Competencies
- ISO 9001 knowledge and understanding of Quality Management Systems
- Experience with internal audits and compliance checks
- Ability to draft professional audit summaries and formal correspondence
- Strong root cause analysis (RCA) capability
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting – non-negotiable)
- Exposure to CRM/ERP systems and regulatory compliance processes
