Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive hotel sales and corporate account management across multiple properties within the group
- Generate and close MICE, group, and corporate bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, travel agencies, and corporate decision-makers
- Meet and exceed hotel revenue targets, room sales targets, and occupancy KPIs
- Develop proposals, presentations, and strategic hotel sales plans
- Represent hotels at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in hotel sales, corporate hospitality sales, or account management
- Proven experience in MICE, group bookings, and event sales
- Strong track record in achieving and exceeding hotel sales targets
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Matric certificate (essential)
