Unique Vintage Retail Brand is seeking an experienced Retail Operations and Sales Manager to join their team in Cape Town. We are seeking a mature, dynamic, hands-on Retail Operations & Sales Manager to take full ownership of our retail division (3 stores, seasonal pop-up markets and the Online Store).
The Retail Operations & Sales Manager will be responsible for the overall performance, leadership, structure and growth of the retail division. This role is first and foremost a people leader and sales driver, supported by strong operational thinking and basic administrative competence. The successful candidate will:

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in fashion or lifestyle retail management (multi-store advantageous).
- Proven track record in leading sales teams and driving revenue.
- Strong leadership presence.
- Ability to coach, motivate and hold people accountable.
- Operationally organised.
- Comfortable interpreting sales data and reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Emotionally intelligent and mature.
- Problem-solver with initiative.
- Comfortable working weekends and peak seasons.
