Café 365 at Engen is looking for a friendly, energetic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items according to Café 365 standards

Provide warm, professional, and efficient service to all customers

Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment correctly and safely

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstations, and equipment at all times

Handle cash and card transactions accurately

Restock supplies and assist with stock control as needed

Follow health, safety, and company policies consistently
Requirements:

Previous barista or customer service experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

Willingness to work night shift, including weekends and public holidays
