Matric Able to plan efficiently and prioritize work daily with pattern makers and machinists Minimum 3 years' experience in the Sewing/Textile environment Technical Skills / Garment construction knowledge Able to Sew and assist with the machinists when they have a problem Prepared to work on a Saturday till 13:00pm Microsoft Office SYNC is an advantage Desired Skills:
Hands on Management (be proactive on the floor) Quality Control / line supervision Technically minded / garment construction Computer literate Garment industry manager Strong personality Ability to handle pressure Must have organisational skills Understanding Sewing / Cutting / Machining Understand Patterns
