Check and verify incoming deliveries against documentation Book in stock accurately and timeously Manage stock transfers between branches (Mossel Bay and George) Maintain accurate inventory control and records Process and manage customer returns Arrange couriers and manage related documentation Prepare and process banking Assist with counter sales when required Maintain accurate filing and administrative records Liaise with internal departments and branch staff as needed Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role Previous experience handling stock and inventory Grade 12 (Matric) Valid drivers licence Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Personal Attributes:
Organised and proactive Reliable and responsible Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks Strong communication skills Positive and team-oriented attitude Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
