Site Administrator (Industrial & Construction)
Position OverviewThe Site Administrator provides essential administrative, coordination, and compliance support to ensure the smooth operation of construction or industrial project sites. This role acts as the central point of communication between site management, contractors, suppliers, and head office. Accuracy, organisation, and strong communication skills are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Administration & Documentation
- Maintain all site documentation, including daily registers, delivery notes, permits, and compliance files.
Qualifications & ExperienceMatric required. 2-5 years' experience in construction or industrial site admin. Understanding of South African SHEQ requirements and site compliance. Experience with procurement or stock control beneficial.
Personal AttributesProfessional, reliable, problem-solving, hands-on, proactive, maintain confidentiality, team-oriented.
