Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with existing customers Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach Follow up on leads and enquiries promptly Prepare accurate quotations and meet monthly sales targets Provide professional service to telephone and email-based clients Maintain CRM data and monitor accounts for upsell opportunities Support the sales team with administration, tenders, invoicing, and order processing Arrange customer appointments, demos, and presentations Keep internal price lists and the customer database up to date
