Requirements:
- National Diploma in Building/BTech in Construction Management or similar qualification
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the construction industry
- Proven experience across a range of building projects (commercial, residential, or mixed-use)
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent technical and problem-solving ability
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
