Strong technical knowledge (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC). Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to manage budgets and inventory efficiently. High attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies quickly. Personal Attributes
