Description:
This position is suited to a stable couple who take pride in doing things properly, lead calmly by example, and understand the importance of responsibility, consistency, and accountability.You will be required to assist with lodge and restaurant operations, guest engagement, staff supervision, and general day-to-day oversight. While hospitality experience is beneficial, the key focus is on strong work ethic, sound judgment, and dependable leadership.

- Support General Management with daily lodge and restaurant operations
- Assist with guest hosting, engagement, and service standards
- Supervise staff and ensure tasks are completed to standard
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and basic administration
- Monitor lodge presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance requirements
- Ensure operational procedures and standards are consistently followed
- Provide on-the-ground leadership during manager absences or busy periodsPackage:
