Position: Manager - Used Vehicle SalesDealership: Isuzu Kimberley
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operations of the used vehicle sales department
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase used vehicle sales and achieve revenue targets
- Train, coach, and mentor sales team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage inventory levels and pricing to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising and promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing used vehicle sales
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Valid South African driver's license
