Role
A reputable leader in digital technology has an exciting opening within ServiceNow technology platform. You will be joining a collaborative team responsible for designing, developing and maintaining digital solutions that enhance business efficiency and reliability. In this role, you will learn to design, build, and support ServiceNow applications while collaborating with experienced teams on real-world projects. This role exposes one to complex new technologies, ongoing development, and a chance to deepen your technical expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities
Key duties include building integrations using REST/SOAP, developing business rules/workflows, conducting testing, and maintaining platform upgrades to support business needs and ITIL processes.
Managing platform upgrades (patching), testing, and troubleshooting to ensure stability and performance.
Support production, testing, and development platforms, incident and request resolution within SLA.
Participate in the SDLC activities including analysis, solution design, adherence to coding best practices.
Minimum Requirements
3 - 6 yrs ex in development, maintenance and server-side programming.
Hands-on experience with Object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript or similar scripting language, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
ServiceNow Modules: Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or HRSD.
Integrations: Working with REST and SOAP APIs.
Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development and ITIL frameworks.
Agile development practices (e.g. SAFE, Scrum)
Automated testing using tools such as ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, etc.
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices will be beneficial.
