Key Responsibilities HR Administration & Governance
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records Support onboarding and offboarding processes Ensure documentation compliance and audit readiness Maintain HR trackers and dashboards Assist with policy documentation and governance records Payroll & Benefits SupportPrepare and verify monthly payroll inputs Maintain leave records and employee data updates Assist with employee benefit administration Recruitment & Training Coordination
Coordinate interviews and recruitment administration Manage onboarding documentation and pre-employment checks Maintain training records and compliance tracking Workforce Mobility & Travel Administration
Administer visa and work permit processes Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings Maintain mobility tracking registers Facilities & Accommodation Coordination
Track accommodation occupancy Log and escalate maintenance issues Liaise with contractors and service providers Ensure operational readiness of office and accommodation facilities
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Minimum 3 years experience in HR administration or operations support Experience with payroll coordination advantageous Exposure to visa/work permit administration beneficial Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information Strong communication skills
