Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for retail, property development, and fitness markets Identify high-value opportunities and drive market penetration Build a structured growth plan aligned with companys premium brand positioning Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy Establish and manage executive-level relationships with retail buyers, developers, and fitness group decision-makers Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and long-term supply contracts Develop sector-specific value propositions and tailored solutions Maintain strong client retention and account expansion strategies Own full sales pipeline management using HubSpot CRM Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting Achieve and exceed revenue targets Drive high-margin sales aligned to business objectives Work closely with marketing to support lead generation campaigns Coordinate with operations and installation teams for seamless project delivery Provide market intelligence to leadership Position company as a premium, sustainable alternative to bottled water Represent the brand at industry events and networking platforms Promote environmentally responsible hydration solutions within targeted sectors
