Vacancy: Educational Support Staff Member
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, organised and compassionate Educational Support Staff Member to join our school team.
This position plays a vital role in supporting teachers and learners to ensure a structured, positive and academically focused learning environment.Key Responsibilities:

Provide classroom support to teachers across designated grades.

Assist learners who require additional academic guidance or behavioural support.

Support learners with reading, writing and foundational numeracy skills.

Supervise learners during school activities, assessments and transitions.

Assist with preparation of learning materials

Uphold school policies, procedures and professional standards at all times.

Maintain clear communication with teachers and management. Minimum Requirements:

Relevant qualification in Education, Early Childhood Development, Learning Support or a related field.

Experience working with children in a school environment (preferred).
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.

Calm, patient and firm classroom presence. Personal Attributes:
