Description:
Duties are (but not limited to):
Answering and directing of calls
Attending to emails, correspondence and forwarding
Create and maintain both digital and physical filing systems
Letters & drafting documentation
Update calendars, meetings and reminders for higher level staff
Client liaison
Other general office administrative duties
All other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, transcribing, scanning etc.
Data capturing
Requirements:
Well-spoken with good communications skills both written and verbal
Confident telephone etiquette with an enduring positive energy
Front line appearance and professionalism
Fully computer literate
Ability to effectively adapt to change
Attention to detail
Good time management together with planning and organisational skills
Matric certificate
Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role/environment
