Description:
Requirements:- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 5 -10 years experience in civil and building projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
- Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be fully bilingual Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning
- Manage project costs and cash flow
- Prepare tender and contract documents
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotations
- Monitor project progress and prepare interim valuations
- Handle variations, claims, and final accounts
- Ensure projects are completed within budgetPlease note that only candidates currently residing in the Helderberg Area will be considered for this position.
