Position: Operations Administration Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Administration Manager to oversee and coordinate all administrative activities within the PnS Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and administration, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Job Purpose:
To overseeing all administrative functions related to operations and sales support within the relevant division. This role will ensure efficient and effective operations by coordinating logistics, managing resources, maintaining operational records, and supporting sales administration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Supervise and manage a team of administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
- Handle budgeting and financial forecasting for administrative expenses
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies and services
- Oversee facility management and maintenance, including space planning and workplace safety
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives for business growth.

Minimum Requirments:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in operations management or administration,with at least 5 years in a management role within the FMCG or retail industry.
- Experience in sales support administration, logistics coordination, and resource planning in a fast-paced environment.
