Description:
A reputable construction contractor with a strong footprint across South Africa’s civil and infrastructure sectors, is currently seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Paarl .
Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for civil and construction projects

Monitor project costs and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle
-
Manage valuations, variations, and progress claims
-
Conduct cost analysis and reporting to support project decision-making
-
Assist with contract administration and procurement processes
-
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency
-
Ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements
Requirements
-
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
-
Some proven experience on civil construction contracts
-
Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field
-
Proficiency in CCS Candy (advantageous)
