Description:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all HR functions including Payroll. Partner and advise Executives, Senior Management and Managers with regards to employee relation issues, disciplinary procedure, staffing, organisation structure, compensation, investigations, terminations, compliance and training. The interaction is with all members of the organisation - top to bottom. Develops policies, directs and co-ordinates human resource activities such as employment, compensation, labour relations, benefits, training and employee services. Ensures that Payroll is run effectively and efficiently.Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources and Labour Law
Minimum 10 years HR Management including CCMA representation required
