Required Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field HR certification (advantageous) Minimum 5 years experience in HR and office management Experience within an engineering or technical environment preferred Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll systems Valid drivers license Key Skills and Competencies
Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High level of confidentiality and professionalism Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Attention to detail and accuracy Strong administrative and reporting skills Time management and prioritisation abilities
