Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Asset Management. Perform system integrations including LDAP, SSO, Email, SuccessFactors, and NowMobile. Support Production, Test, and Development environments with incident and request resolution within SLA. Build and populate CMDB, including configuring assets, CIs, relationships, ITOM Visibility, Discovery, Cloud Insights, and Health. Participate in SDLC activities including requirement analysis, solution design, and adherence to coding standards. Monitor performance and ensure ServiceNow platform optimisation.Job Experience and Skills Required:
Qualification in Computer Science / Software Development. 2+ years working with the ServiceNow ITSM Platform and ITOM Discovery. Proven experience in ServiceNow support, development, and backend web programming. Exposure to ITILâ??aligned service delivery environments.Skills
Strong knowledge of Objectâ??Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Excellent analytical and problemâ??solving abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. ServiceNow certifications will be advantageous. Familiarity with ITSM best practices is beneficial.Apply now!
